if someone did something intentionally they knew might trigger your seizures

is that justifiable homicide as self-defense?
by that I mean:
someone knows you have seizures, someone knows of common means of causing seizures (for example someone would continually sneak up behind you with a strobe light they would stick in your face), someone continues to act out these methods of provoking seizures, seizures can be fatal, homicide in self-defense is legal and justified homicide, and there are no alternatives to this scenario.

Good question! I think at the very least the person who is intenionally trying to trigger the seizures would/could be found of assult. The definition of assult in the law world is anything that puts another in harm or perceived harm. I know from experience. I poured a swallow of beer over a guys head and I got an assult charge - LOL I can giggle about it now but at the time it was like WTH?!

I think if the person who suffers from a seizure disorder killed said assailant, they might get away with it *if* they had a sympathetic jury, especially if they had witnesses and documentation to prove said repeated assults.

I remember reading about this on here not too long ago but can't remember who was talking about it. I thought it was disgusting, that person should be arrested what an inconsiderate low-life asshole.

I'd get a lawsuit against him. And a restraining order. I would consider that an attack. Doing something with the intent to cause you physical pain.

This was perhaps a bit vehement-minded.
I often meet people who have vocalizations that just drive me crazy. Lately a woman at work- most of her "s" sounds now sound like fork scratching a plate, nails-chalkboard, and when I start noticing it I notice it more and more until it drives me up the wall.

Can you try to tune it out by focusing on something else while she talks to you. Like the way she moves her hands (if she uses visuals XD) or her clothes, something right behind her head. Like how people who are afraid of a crowd will stare at the back of the crowd at the wall and doors.

You don't sound deranged, honestly, if someone is f'in with you they're deranged!!
And besides, the woman's s sounds are not something she's doing on purpose so that's a different story, this other person with the strobe is doing it on purpose...
