Blueberry pancakes, a little butter, and topped with maple syrup. It's as delish as a decadent dessert. Drool!!!

Hmmm stop talk talking about food guys, you're making me crave junk :) I've got a wedding dress I need to fit into.
You guys ever had TimTams? If you ever come to Australia you have to try TimTams :)
Tim Tams are good, there are so many varieties now. I try not to eat sweet stuff too often but it doesn't always work lol. Sometimes when tim tams are on special at the shops I might buy a packet then regret buying them lmao.

Ive never tried Tim Tams.. I'll have to make my way to Australia and try them someday!
You need an Aussie friend who can send you over a packet of tim tams :roflmao:
My American friend & I used to sometime send each other different food, mainly different candy but we once sent her a packet of Tim Tams once.
She has sent other things apart from candy as well eg - koolaid in sachet, sloppy joe mix. This was a few years ago when it was easier to send food so not sure if you could send that stuff through the mail anymore.

I've never heard of a TimTam - what is it, Crunchy Frog?
Hi Summer
Tim Tam is a cookie we have in Australia.

Tim Tam is a brand of chocolate biscuit currently manufactured by Arnott's in Australia. A Tim Tam is composed of two layers of chocolate malted biscuit, separated by a light chocolate cream filling, and coated in a thin layer of textured chocolate.

Ooohhhh, send me some of those!!! I'll send some poptarts in return. :p

Now I'm craving Jaffa Cakes. I need to get with my UK buddy pronto. :roflmao:

I love this thread about food! I'm hungry and it's breakfast time. I really want a big stack of buttermilk pancakes. But, alas, I have to go to work and can't cook pancakes right now. Maybe tomorrow. :)

I don't know how to post pictures, because I'm on my Ipad. But google timtams and you should find a picture. They are the worlds best chocolate biscuit.

The best thing to do is you bite off a bit at each end, dip it in to hot chocolate and use it like a straw:woot:

Im in the mood for breakfast tonight for supper now!

I know we have maple flavored bacon in the fridge... we can cook that, make some pancakes, and have eggs, toast.. MMMM... this is making my mouth water just thinking about it!

I think it's a lot harder to send some things overseas since 9/11.
My friend & I don't send stuff to each other very often any more because postage is so expensive & we pretty much sent each other everything Aussie/American over the years lol.

I've never heard of maple flavoured bacon but sorry to say this but that sounds yuk :pfft:.

OMG! Its the BEST Stuff Ever!

My kids and I love it! They have Smoked Bacon, Maple Bacon, and Original. To me, it tastes the same as if you were to take original flavored bacon and just dip it in maple syrup. :) YUM!

I love maple bacon! maple anything really! the perk of being in canada is that I can walk up to any maple tree I see and put a spigot in it, and out come delicious maple syrup

I just asked my american friend what maple bacon was & she explained it to me. So really it's just like smoked bacon but maple flavored? Still don't think I'd like it much :pfft:.

I love talking about the different foods we have with my American friend. She thinks some of the stuff we eat here in Aussie is gross or weird lmao.
