I'm so tired, I feel like I can't put one foot in front of the other. I went to get my shower, just turned the water off and when back to my chair.

I have notice this pattern, I have worked hard for the pass two days, on the 3th day I so tired. I don't know if this is my B12 or the fact I'm getting older. This is why I can't look for a job.

***hugs***

I'm sorry you're so exhausted. Listen to your body, it's reminding you to take it easy.

I hear ya on the job thing, me too.

Same here. Though part of it is due to getting almost no sleep. I have to teach another class tonight. I'm just showing a movie. I'm too tired now.

What kind of sleep are you getting at night? If it's poor quality, you could be constantly falling behind and getting fatigued during the day. I hope you manage to get caught up and feel better.

Me too. I have such a crappy sleep quality that my everyday awake life suffers for it. part of it is that I have seizures when I sleep that disrupt my sleep cycle and the other part is that I dont easily reach proper sleep cycles.

I'm trying to have a proper sleep cycle, like you. I go to bed at 10:00PM, but I wake around 3:30AM and get back to sleep.

I have found when I exercise I do sleep better, but there are those days when I don't have energy to get on that treadmill.
