Its been awhile since Ive actually treated myself to something that makes me feel good!

So... Im going to treat myself by getting my hair done! :banana:

I want to get it trimmed, put a toner on it and add some high lites to it!
I made my appointment for tomorrow at 1pm with my best friend who does an awesome job as a hair stylest!

I cant wait to see what it's going to look like! Im excited over getting my hair done! :roflmao:
 
But a what about the wallet. :roflmao: I hope that you enjoy it.
 
Heck I told the hubby at this point, I dont care if I spend $100 on me this time around! Last time I got my hair cut was in January! Ive been letting it grow out since, and Im determined to treat myself this time around! I need to make up for what the hubby spends on a monthly basis for his hair! :roflmao:
 
Hold on, what about the poor and soon to be very poor hubby, some sympathy for him please. :roflmao:
 
Hi Kristin... Great idea, maybe I will do the same. Always nice before the holidays to have your hair done.. It is nice to be pampered every once in a while.
 
Sometimes you just have to be impulsive. I hate to see the money go, but sometimes it is totally worth it!

LOL... well this time the hubby is just going to have to deal with it! :roflmao: My aunt heard about me going tomorrow and insisted on paying for it. I guess she took my lil sis out last year and treated her to a new hair do and wants to do the same. I told her not to worry about it. She kept saying to let her know how much it comes to, she wants to pay for it! I appreciate the thought, and such, but I am just not the type to want to have someone else pay for something for myself. I told her Id talk to her tomorrow after I was done! :)

Yeah, I will post pics tomorrow after Im done. I want to style it the way I normally do... you know how stylists are.... they do your hair the way they think its cute... but then its something you're not use to... so you go home and restyle it the way you want! :roflmao: I love this girl Im going to... but sometimes you just got to do what you got to do! :banana::roflmao:
 
I know she wants to... I just feel bad for letting her. Im just the kind of person who likes to take care of myself with things... but I told her Id call her after I was done to let her know how it went. Im just really nervous about how this is going to end up! Ive colored my hair for 4 years now. All due to the aging process....:roflmao: I blame my dad's side of the family for that! I have a cousin who started to get gray hair at the age of 21! Here I am at the age of 27 getting my gray hair! :( :soap: So Ive been coloring it since then, and now that im 31, and noticed the color Im using is too dark, I want to go back to my normal looking color of hair. Which I have underneither all this dark crap! :roflmao: Im just hoping I can get it fixed to look more like my natural hair color and find a good color to match it as time goes on to color the roots that grow!

Gosh I hate getting old!

Thanks everyone! :) Im 5 hours out from getting the hair done! I think Im going to watch alittle tv for a bit and relax before starting my day! :)

I'll post some pics later today!
