I do have a friend I could call, but she doesn't really understand this, and not interested in my saying anything about it. I have a nice neighbor, would probably call her if need be, but no, I really have no one to talk to abou this or would want to call. I don't want to impose on anyone either.
 
I agree with your husband that you should give the "Old college try". But, I really question that in that really short period of time you are taking that medicine that you would see any effect/change in psychological change. I'm not a medical/psychiatric doctor but I question that both the biasness of your husband---positive as it probably is---and how quick it is to enter your biological/psychological system to have the effect you say it has.
