Hi all, Im Rebecca. 19 years old & I work as an HCA (Health care assistant), I also studied as a student nurse for a year.
I was diagnosed with epilepsy in Oct 2008. I have simple partials & grand mals. I started my AED journey with Keppra, unfortunately Keppra didn't like me so I was put on Lamictal but it didn't control my seizures so Zonegran was added. My epilepsy is still uncontrolled at the moment.


Once pale to a flush
So distant you can’t touch me
I’m not with you anymore
Memories have invaded me

When he has made his choice
To continue against my will
There’s nothing you or I can do
But just wait till I’m still!

Glad to meet you. I know I love this web site. I found it a few months ago and it's helped me alot.

I've found people that are going through the same things that I am dealing with and have suggestions and answers to alot of your questions.

Hope you have as much help here as I do. I love your poem too, hopefully someone will help you find a name.

Ditto! This is a great place. People in here are a fountain of information. They give lots of support, too. I just like hanging out in here because it makes me feel so NORMAL for a switch. Lots of people are going through exactly what I am.
