is perfectly normal.
I would say something to the doc tho, he can give you anti-nausea meds to help with that if you really need them.
I'm usually out of it (asleep for 18 to 24 hours to start) for nearly a week. Can't speak properly, and as for knowing my alphabet or the like, don't even ask me to have a clue. I won't
Light-headed, yup. Can I eat? No. Worn out? Yup. Sore, as if every muscle's been ripped (in my case) OH YES.
Keep a journal of how you're feeling. Show it to the doc so he can have a clue what's going on. And you as well. You can better learn to help yourself using a journal.
Sometimes things as simple as a change of diet or exercise helps those of us with E. But, typically, it takes 2 seizures to be diagnosed with it, but see what your doc says. If you've had an EEG, and there was epileptic type activity shown in your brain, then it's possible to be diagnosed.
By the way, I have not welcomed you to CWE......Mr. B has set CWE up as a dinner party, so there are lots of guests here. Grab a drink, and make yourself at home. Ask someone else for the coffee though, as I burn every batch that I make.
Cheers!
