Cordero--mine do as well, needing to pee, drink, vomit, and run all at once. The feeling is AWFUL!
 
Tegretol makes me reeeeaaaalllllyyyy thirsty as a side effect but generally after a tonic clonic i can be thirsty too. Can't always co-ordinate myself to pour a glass of water however lol.
 
From my research on the meds my friend takes, yeah, they can have thirst as a side effect, as well as a a lot of other things.
