i have only ever experienced grand mal seizures i think, but the oter day while reading i experienced something different, it was really strange (although i no i have felt strange before not quite like this) it stared off wile i was reading a book it was the middle of the day but i was lay on my bed just relaxing, i noticed that my vison started to go blurred and my hearing went funny i could hearin a weird sound not quite a buzzing sound but something else which i cant quite describe, my hands started to tingle it didnt last long maybe about a minute or so it happened twice within about a ten minute period and then i was fne for the rest of the day just a bit tired but i stayed in to be on the safe side incase anything else happened. is this related to seizures or something else??

Yes, probably

and if I were you, I would make a note of it in a journal to tell your neuro about so that you don't forget about it. In detail.

Because you were awake, it sounds more like a simple partial seizure. But you do need to make you neuro aware of what happened. The first link below is a listing of common types of seizures, the second is specific to simple partials........

Good luck, take care, and don't forget to call your neuro!!!
