Ive had seizure on & off the past few days. Yesterday I had one dose of Diastat in the early AM and then mid-afternoon they started in again and used two more doses. :cry: After we still ended up going to the ER. Then this morning around 2am they started back up. I have a Neurology appt. Tomorrow but we wentup and got a perscription of Ativan and am upping my Tryleptal tonight.

I truely hope I don't have seizures tonight. I'm just ready to be able to go to work tomorrow. I feel like I have had almost every kind of seizure I've had in my life in the past few days.:dontknow:

Good luck! I hope you can de-stress and get a good night's sleep, and that your neurologist has some answers for you.
 
Recently I've been having trouble with nocturnal seizures but I've found that valerian tea helps a bit. It is also helps me sleep really deep so that I actually do get the rest I want.

You can give that a try if you want.
 
Changing Meds

Im going to start switching meds tomorrow. Im Taking FMLA partly because of the past few days. I'm a little nerves. I go down a level AM & PM and only go up in the PM. ( I am more likely to have seizures at night) it just makes me uneasy.:e:
