I am usualy nervous when i have a job interview & do doubt myself alot. I have admin experience in both paid & voluntary work.
I havent had many paid jobs so do sometimes worry how i would go in the 'real world' worrying i will stuff up.
I emailed my neuropsych the other day about how i was waiting to hear if i got an interview & how i worry about working.
She told me to try not to doubt myself & if i managed to work with my old boss (i used to work for a chiropractor who was a nice person but he was extremely
pedantic, hard to work for & i was always stressed) i can manage anything.
My neuropsych knew how much stress I was under when I was working for my old boss but I wouldn't give in (I ended up leaving after the stress affected my health) so when I read her comment about my old boss it put a
on my face lmao.
