Hi, I would like to know who might be or be on these two meds. I was on Gabapentin over 3 years ago for a nerve pain. But no longer take it.

Currently I am on Keppra 1000mg x 2 per day. Since I am new to Keppra for my seizures, I am getting all the horrible side effects. I don't really remember the side effects from Gabapentin.

Which one would you say would be the better of the two meds.

Thanks,

Different people can have very different experiences of any given med. So there's no real answer to which one is better. Keppra can be horrible for some people, perfect for others and same goes for Gabapentin. One thing that can help with the mood-related side effects is a B6 vitamin supplement.
