So, although I haven't has a seizure in three months, I've begin to notice a pretty obvious side effect of lamictal (250mg daily). My hands tremble. If I hold my phone out I can't hold my hand steady. I can't paint my nails properly. If I do front raises with just small weights my hands shake. I don't remember this happening until recently, but then again, I'm also having memory problems. Anyone else in the same boat? I was wondering if there's something to help the tremors, it's really scary for me. :-(

I'm in between neuros, I got a new referral from my doc months ago but haven't heard back yet. :-(

I haven't gotten any tremors from Lamictal, but everyone reacts differently. I hope the doc gets back to you soon.

If you aren't already, try taking a magnesium supplement. Magnesium plays a role in brain and muscle health and can sometimes help reduce temors, twitching, jerking, cramps, etc.
