Last nite

This mornin wen I woke up, I had this killer headache and my husband told me that I had a seizure in my sleep. So I ased him what did he do to help me and he said he was scared and didnt know what that to do. Somebody help me to explain what to to do.

There really is not a lot to explain, I mean how do you explain except to make sure he rolls you on your side, stays out of your way at the start and if you have a locker beside the bed either get rid of it or put a pillow along the side of it so your do not hit your hit of it other than that its much the same things as any other seizure.

Anyone witnessing a seizure is naturally frightened, but your husband needs to know what to do. Here is a good website explaining what he needs to do when he sees you going into a seizure:
