Last night my wife thinks I had a big seizure in the middle of my sleep. She said it was very similar to my last GM I had a few years ago. I don't remember anything. Has anyone every experienced this? I don't get too many GMs thanks to Keppra, but I had just returned from a 4 day business trip utterly exhausted and that may have caused it.

Also, until now, my mind was completely mixed up all day today. I couldn't think right and felt odd, which is how I feel after some of my big ones. Anyone else go through this as well?

Thanks.

I've had nighttime grand mals, and the only way I knew was by how I felt the next day -- confused about time, maybe a tad sore, etc. Fatigue is the #1 seizure trigger, so it's pretty likely that your business trip was a factor. Do you have any ways to prevent that kind of exhaustion in the future?
