Hello,

Just wondering if anyone has gone through the process to get your license back successfully?

Any advice?

Thanks,
Sue

I was told not to drive for 6 months after my first sz just over 30 years ago. I didn't officially lose my license, but I suppose I was put in a database somewhere. I've been driving ever since then, even though I have lots and lots of partial szs. They don't particularly affect my ability to drive. My neurologist has never suggested that I stop driving. I had another t/c sz last April, which I'm pretty sure was due to a trial of med reduction. I was never told not to drive, nor was it reported. I didn't drive for about 6 weeks after that, but it was mostly to get my med levels back up and see if I was stable again. I continue to drive.
