Last few szs i have came to choken on own salvia. My question is there any way i can make sure stay on my side while haven sz:paperbag:

Gosh, I'm so sorry, that sounds pretty unpleasant, to say the least. Have you checked with a doctor for recommendations?

Do you get any warning before you have a seizure? If so, then try to focus on immediately lying down on your side (maybe on a sofa to help keep you turned) as soon as you feel one coming on. If you have someone with you, make sure they know what to do if they see you seizing -- they can turn you on your side to help prevent choking. Even if you don't get a warning, try practicing "falling" and then lying on your side as an exercise. It may feel kinda silly, but if you do that over and over in a focused, conscious way, you may be able to train yourself for the times when you are unfocused and unconscious.

Hope this helps,
Nakamova
