I am not entirely new here but it has been a while since I got online, so I figured it would be best to reintroduce myself. My name is Jennifer I am 23 with a 2 year old daughter that was diagnosed with petit mal seizures about 14 months ago. She is on Keppra and is having great reactions. We have bounced around a little trying to find the best fit for her on a medication. If I Missed anything feel free to ask

Hello there

Jennifer, it's great to see you again. How wonderful to see someone that is having a good reaction to their meds.:clap::woot::woot: How long has she been on meds now? I don't remember when she was diagnosed...:paperbag: I know I was born with it, but diagnosed at 13 months...

Hi Jennifer - WELCOME to CWE

I hope you find this site to be a place of inspiration and hope.
My daughter is 17 and began having tonic clonic seizures at the age of 14. She is now under control, and med free. This is working by making nutritional changes, and neurofeedback therapy.

See you around our home. Take care of that sweet one, and give her a hug.

Hi Jennifer, so glad to hear the meds are working for you. My son is 20 months old and was diagnosed at 9 months so I can relate to your situation. He is on Tegretol and Keppra and has been seizure free for 7 months.
