The neurologist called this morning to see if I could come in at the end of the day today.........
I have a brain tumour and I am having surgery asap ~ maybe as soon as tomorrow.
Feeling a little surreal right now.

I was just checking in to see how things went and saw your update. I can only imagine what youre going through. I saw your prvious posts over the past few weeks and was going to make comment that my neurologist is in the same boat as yours was. He thinks everything is anxiety related, but ive never had anxiety in my life to deal with. They are sending me in for a MRI on June 6th. If you ever need to talk, Im here! (HUGE HUG)

Gosh Loveshorses, I'm sorry you've been hit with this. Huge hugs to you. I am thinking of you and hoping that everything goes well. Please update us as soon as you can.

Oh Loveshorses! I was really hoping that it wasn't brain tumor even though I know that a BT diagnosis isn't as hopeless as it may seem. It is very frightening and confusing, but there is always hope even with the most advanced kind of BT. I've read some very hope-inspiring personal stories on the National Brain Tumor Society site and message board.(Also some scary ones truthfully, but far more positive ones than one would think considering BTs' reputation.)

Depending on what type of tumor you have and where in your brain it is, treatment could be very straightforward, or you may have a real fight ahead, but there's always hope!

I will be praying for you and hope your surgery goes as well as mine did. Though I had to have physical therapy afterwards, I never even had to take a Tylenol (even over-the-counter Tylenol) for pain.

Big Hugs! Please keep in touch! Remember we are here for you:)

Loveshorses,

I'm so sorry about your diagnosis. When you are able, please let us know how you are doing, okay? You will be in our thoughts today.
