It was supposed to be june 20th but they rang about 90mins ago to ask if i wanted a slot at 3pm today as someone had cancelled. I'm so amazingly nervous, i feel sick sick sick sick sick.

No need to feel nervous. Just relax, be prepared with any questions you want to ask, and let us know how it goes!

Try not to stress about it.

Stress can be a trigger for some people. Take the time to learn what your triggers are. limit your sugar intake. Too much sugar can lead to a sudden drop - Hypoglycemic seizure.

Visit Seizuretracker.com It can really help you organize everything things for your doctor's appointments and what is happening to you. Since I don't have an Ipod, I created a small binder to carry with me.
After 26 years of having seizures, I finally found out I was having auras. Long ago, no one ever told me they could be partial seizures, granted I was only 13 at the time. I've been married 18 years this August and my boys are 13 and 15. They had never seen me have any type of seizure April 2012!!

Let us all know how the appt. went. You're in my prayers.

Well, it's nearly 5 now so i'm guessing you've already had your appointment. I hope it went well!

Thank everyone, not long got home, its the other side of town so 2 busses each way!

Probably Epilepsy but with them being so frequent at the start she wants to rule everything else out first, so mri and eeg, double the dose of meds slowly over 8 weeks and if everythings clear and the meds are helping she will hopefully diagnose in 4 months when we meet again.
