Has anyone tried this?
its a magnesium calming drink.
Has helped me alot with my anxiety. There are alot of studies and thoughts that magnesium deficinecy might attribute to the amout of seizures those of us with epilepsy have.
 
Never heard of it but definitely something I would be interested in! Really struggling with my anxiety at the moment :(
 
It has worked well for me. Check it out!
I don't take narcotics so no xanax or anything for me.
I love it.
 
It's probably a silly question but I presume its safe to take with the meds and doesn't interfere with them in any way?!
 
It should be safe to take. It's just a magnesium supplement. Some members have found that the ionic magnesium form (which this is) works best for them.
 
It shouldn't bother with meds. I take it maybe 2 to 3 times a week and have not had any trouble. magnesium is evidentally good for the nervous system.
Talk to your doctor.. its definatly worth trying. It has helped me so much.
