Hi
I was reading about Rhabdomyolysis, and in its causes in the first point its written that prolonged seizures can cause it.How to explain prolonged seizures?I mean how many seizures in a month or months can be termed as prolonged seizures?Or is it related to the duration of seizures?

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Rhabdomyolysis

Duration. By prolonged it means a long tonic clonic seizure (longer than 5 minutes), or many t-c's following in quick succession, basically amounting to the same thing in terms of duration. The general idea is that any activity that can cause severe muscle damage and swelling can potentially cause Rhabdomyolysis.
