Need Urgent Help about Missed Keppra Dose!

I am so scared and Ned help. I take care of my 50 yo brother. I picked up his meds at the pharmacy, got home and realized they did not fill his Kepra. He takes it at 10am and 10pm everyday without fail. The last dose he had was last night. He will be without do Sat and Sun. He just happens to have a neurology Appt on Monday morning. I am so scared I am sick that this will have a negative impact on him. I feel so guilty and afraid.
Please offer advise
 
Are there any 24 hour pharmacies near you? Can you have his neuro paged to have an emergency rX called in to a pharmacy or to your local ER? If you can't reach his neuro, try takeing your brother to the ER to get a short-term rX for the Keppra. And maske sure he has someone staying with him in case he has a withdrawal seizures. Keppra does have a short half-life, but he may be fine. And please don't feel guilty.
