Has anyone had a neuropsych eval done to identify any cognitive issue or establish a baseline for cognitive function? Did your neuro or epileptologist recommend this or did you have to seek it out on your own?

What was the testing like? Did you feel it was helpful or worthwhile?

Can they determine the difference between drug side effects that cause cognitive issues versus actual brain injury from seizures that may cause cognitive issues? In other words, if you are on a drug that causes cognitive issues can the results of the testing be skewed?

Thanks.
