A friend of mine told me about a great way to enjoy the taste of dark chocolate w/o haveing any chocolate or sugar at all!
It may sound pretty weird at first,
onder: but it actually tastes pretty good.
Here it is:
You mix together in a small bowl several big scoops of cocconut oil along w/ a desired amount of carob powder. Mix well w/ spoon until smooth.
Spread it in a small pan - cut w/ knife first - like as if it were brownies or fudge
Put in refrigerator til hard.
That's it - now you have fudge squares that contain no dairy, no sugar, and no chocolate, and is high in fat, too.
A dessert that's actually good for you! It tastes good too!
