Hi, I was recently diagnosed with epilepsy, well it was back in June. I've had it for four years. I had three grand mals four years ago while I was sick and after being on Keppra fro six months without seizures I was taken off it... Since then I had been having complex partials, but I didn't know what they were, and so I ignored it and didn't tell anyone. But someone finally recognized it, when they started getting worse this summer. So I'm back on meds and such. I'm just excited to have found this site, and have other people to talk to about epilepsy :)

It's nice to meet you; I am new here as well. I was looking for support in the E department, and ran across this site. Not being alone is important during rough patches (to say the very least, lol).
