I'm here to learn -- or help if I can. Had a sudden (first and only) stroke in June 2013, followed by bad seizure (cardiac arrest then, resuscitation) -- what's the deal, going to all that trouble, but no NDE! :ponder: Anxious to learn what it takes to recover from the stroke and to prevent more seizures -- without getting too medicated.

Hi Witil, welcome to CWE!

We have a few members whose seizures are associated with stroke activity -- hopefully they will chime in. Were the docs able to identify a cause for your stroke? Are you currently on medications for either the stroke or the seizure?
