Hello Everyone,
I am happy to be a part of what looks like a lively community!

Hi Lisa! I'm new here too and it's definitely been awesome to meet people who have gone through similar experiences and.. gasp..get responses! :p

Welcome :)

I so appreciate your warm welcome to the neighborhood :)
...going it a lone just isn't working for me.

Hi Lisa

Found your story in your profile quite interesting. Do they have any idea why you went 22 years seizure free after your first seizure?? Or have you had smaller ones in the years in between?

I had a single seizure some 18 years ago and all the docs tell me I won't have another as it has been so long, but I still worry.

Weclome to the site, hope you find some reassuring answers.

Welcome, Lisa! I am new here too. I was diagnosed with epilepsy 15 years ago. Quite a tumultuous ride!

Hello Lisa and welcome! You will find we are all here for each other. I hope to see you often :)

Hi Lisa, welcome to CWE!

Make yourself at home, help yourself to the coffee and donuts...

Best,
Nakamova

Your Husky looks beautiful.
I have been feeling like a " husky mom" lately but for different reasons;too much pumpkin pie and stuffing on T giving and up goes the scales.

Hi Jemsister,
I enjoy the encouragement of scriptures..
Therefore do not be anxious about tomorrow, for tomorrow will be anxious for itself. Sufficient for the day is its own trouble." --Matthew 6:34
Peace in the moment..some days are better than others.

Thanks, Lisa. God has taken great care of me--he has given me a supportive family, a husband and in-laws who take up the extra slack without complaint, two beautiful children, and not least of all, his gift of salvation. I am very blessed. God is good. =)
