I am new to this forum and tried to post, but my post did not appear. Can you please tell me what I am doing wrong?

Hi FourDarlings, welcome to the forum. :hello:

It's hard to say what happened without seeing what you did. If you clicked the submit button, it should accept the post (unless you tried to include an image or a link - new members can't do that until they have met a certain criteria).
 
If you click on the 'Epilepsy Forum' link at the top of the page, it will take you to a page listing all the forum 'rooms' that are available. Select the room that is most appropriate for the mesage you want to post (ie. click the link for it). When you are viewing the list of threads/topics in that forum room, there will be button at the top left that says 'new topic'. Click that to create a new thread/topic.
