Hi settyp, welcome to CWE (though I'm sorry for the reason).
About 2% of adults have a seizure at some time during their life. Two thirds of these people never have another one -- I hope that's the case for you, and that this is just a fluke. You should have a better sense of what's going on after the EEG. Usually an epilepsy diagnosis isn't made after a single seizure unless the EEG shows definitive patterns of abnormal brainwaves.
Epilepsy or no, it's worth taking a close look at the circumstances in the hours/days/weeks/months leading up to the seizure. Were there any recent changes in your health, diet, behavior, or routine? Any illnesses/infections, allergies or headaches? Unusual fatigue or emotional stressors? Immoderate intake of any one thing (caffeine, sodas, alcohol, etc.)? Odd symptoms or sensations -- vision issues, dizziness, tingling, spaciness, twitching? Any history of migraines or epilepsy in your family?
Let the neurologist know if anything comes to mind. And until you know a bit more, best to play it safe. Go easy on yourself as you recover. I know all about sore muscles from my many tonic-clonics. They will heal eventually, but you need to be patient.
Best,
Nakamova
