Hi all, I'm new to the forum. I've been diagnosed with right temporal lobe epilepsy for four years now - was diagnosed at 31 and what a surprise! I have an important question that I hope some have experience with, but I'll post it in a more appropriate place - the Kitchen. Thanks all for your time and hopefully I can help others in the future
