Hi, this is my 1st time ever posting. I am so relieved that there is somewhere to go to meet others dealing with the same issues. I developed Epilepsy as an adult (about 18 years ago). I have been struggling and have been on many meds. I have grand mal and complex partial seizures. They are brought on by many things - little sleep, poor diet, and especially stress. They are usually preceded by migraines. I wish that I could get them under control enough to have a normal life ie. being able to drive again.
