Hi everyone! Finally home after visiting our in-laws and I actually didn't want to come home!! How sad is that? I prefer the company of my in-laws over being at home. Anyway, the reason for my post is we have finally broken my son's seizure free record. It was about 2 1/2 weeks, it has now been 5 1/2 and going strong!!! :woot: This is the longest he has gone since it all started in August 08. It has been so good to see him like a normal baby. And in this time he has just been like a sponge, learning new things after seeing it once or twice it's really amazing. He has a whole new bag of tricks! I don't want to say it out loud for fear of jinxing it but I think we finally have the meds right!

Kelly, that is such exciting news.
I know what you mean about jinxing it though. I will keep your little guy in my thoughts.

Hugs

Yea!!!! I remember when Alex was a baby having myoclonic seizures and he couldn't do anything. Then he started learning. Yea!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I am so happy!

His development was really good even with the seizures and medicine but he has just come forward with leaps and bounds. Makes you wonder what he would have been doing if he didn't have epilepsy in the first place, I might have had a little baby genius! (I know that's probably not true but it sounds good to me!)

Wooohoooo!!!

That is soooo coool!!!!! I am sooo happy for you!

Sends love and hugs- Crystal
