recommended by a friend who had one of the first surgerys for epilepsy. He is 19 years seizure free, and contacted someone whom he is still in touch with at NIH. They will get me an appointment in July to be evaluated. In speaking with her, found out many of my tests were done incorrectly and not followed up on. Also, my meds are not being monitored at all. Anyone been to NIH? I'll be seeing Dr. Theodore, haven't researched any yet. I will be doing that tonight, (if I can manage to put 2 thought together) Don't know what they will be doing yet, other than re-doing all of the tests I've already had. One of the best parts for me is that it is free. I have no insurance until July 1 and don't know if I am covered for pre-existing conditions. I'm scared and excited all at the same time. Hope they can do something.... no one else has.
