I was meant to keep a seizure diary but I didn't. Then I realised that the reason I haven't is because I've become too digitally reliant to own a piece of accessible paper. This morning I found a seizure tracker that I can open up to my doctor, too. It seems good. The recording is certainly easy. It also creates graphs so that you can pick up trends, and it records your meds changes. It lets you make notes and record triggers and times of day and at least you don't have to type/write out all those details. It's just a case of selecting, and there isn't a seizure type on the list that seems to be missing. It's here and it's free:

Great tool, Kirsten! Thanks for posting it. I just set up an account. I have kept track of my seizures on paper for years, and I may gradually enter them here just to see trends. I have tried to chart trends but I don't really have a good paper system to do that. This will be nice.

Onward!
