I was meant to keep a seizure diary but I didn't. Then I realised that the reason I haven't is because I've become too digitally reliant to own a piece of accessible paper. This morning I found a seizure tracker that I can open up to my doctor, too. It seems good. The recording is certainly easy. It also creates graphs so that you can pick up trends, and it records your meds changes. It lets you make notes and record triggers and times of day and at least you don't have to type/write out all those details. It's just a case of selecting, and there isn't a seizure type on the list that seems to be missing. It's here and it's free:
