Hey had a tonic clonic on sunday my own fault on saturday i decided it would be a great idea to move heavy plant pots myself for summer partner not happy lol but garden looks lovely then on sunday i done more gardening fixing my rose bush as its sentimental for me and my other half nagging me to rest i wouldnt listen and then the myclonic jerks started but they got more frequent and came round in car dropping step kids off at mums house my 9 yo step daughter screaming as she gets scared my whole left side is aching and tounge is in agony i usjally take absenol but chemist told me to try hrdrogen peroxide 5ml with 40ml water and its instant relief. I just hate this not being able to do too much incase it causes a seizure.

Unfortunately that can happen with some of us, you need to take it easy and not do everything at once, no matter how much you want to. I hope you get over the seizure fairly quick.

Maybe you can build-in breaks? Do your favorite activities, but take 5-minute rests to sit and hydrate every hour or so.

Anyway, I hope you feel better soon.

Thanks lesson is learned my problem is i dont listen i work part time aswell 2 hrs per day aswell i was doing overtime aswell for my boss so she could pass a enviromental health check for a new shop my bf finished it off for me.
