Pain in my head

I've been having these shooting pains coming and going on the right side of my head, and it hurts. I wonder if it could be caused by stress I had to take my youngest daughter to the hospital cuz she was having seizures in her sleep.

They can be almost anything. Stress, misalignment, sore muscles, etc.

I rarely get headaches, but my wife gets them quite a bit. It helped to see a chiropractor.

Most stressed based headaches have a muscle spasm element sourced in the neck. You could try massaging around on the front, sides and back of your neck and base of your skull and look for something very sore. If you find one and can massage it out that may relieve the headache.

I agree it could definitely be a form of stress headache-i have had something similar before.
I'm so sorry to hear about your daughter-how is she doing now momof5kids?

she's doin better, her doctor told me to watch her and also to let me know if she does it again and he will run some test. he says that it was myoclonic jerks. So I just keep a close eye on her and wen I get my new phone I will be able to record her and show him the videos of what all she does since I cant explain it to him. And I will also be able to record my 7 year old daughter who had seizures as a baby and I think they returned cuz the way she explains she feels. I understands her fully but her dad which is my husband doesn't, I to;d him if you lived the life we did you will be relate to us better til then hush.
