I may have put this in wrong place so if Bernard or nak the clever people put in right place please do
I read about 3D glasses helping well not 3D but special filters different colours normally in the blue/green.If you uk they can be obtained in vision express but as it a treatment to live normal life I not sure if they can be prescribed.
it strongly suggested to use them when in dapple light e.g. Train car things going fast where for example tree lines or florecent lighting occur.For me I not sure if nuro or ophthalmic I guess I got fight on because they don't come cheap
