Right now I just have a cheap pill cutter that I picked up at Publix, the local grocery store. It gets the job done, but I find that it cuts the pills unevenly sometimes, or sometimes they crumble a bit. I'm not sure why, because there's a little jig that forces the pill in place when the blade comes down.

Does anyone know of any "high end" pill cutters that might be more durable and cut pills more reliably? What does everyone here use?

Thanks for the suggestion BIGMAN131307.

Yeah, I've used a pill cutter just like that Walgreen's style cutter before. The one I have now is similar, except it has a little jig to push the pill up against the back of the stop so the pill doesn't move when the blade comes down. I prefer that over the Walgreen's style tbh.
