I want to say I'm praying for the situation in Boston. I hope you all will join me.

I'm with you as the Boston Marathon was going on today. My son is going to BU. He called and sounded quite concerned and now I'm hearing they were explosive devices.

You son is OK? It has to be scary for him.

I hope your son is OK Cint. Thoughts very much with the people of Boston and anyone from further afield who was in the vicinity.

A report came out which indicated the bombs were homemade devices which may indicate the perpetrators of this attack are based domestically.

Awful thing to occur.

My thoughts are with every one in Boston.
Cint - I'm glad your son is OK but can imagine it must be very scarey.

I am so far away in Australia, I have only just found out about this. Thoughts and prayers to all. I hope none of my friends here are affected personally by this craziness. Take care.

Sandie -
I'm also from Australia & didn't know about what happened until an hour ago when I saw a friend on FB post about a bombing.

Found out exactly the same way CQ. It would be really uncanny if we had the same friends on fb. I do hope things settle down in Boston though. It is just senseless.

thoughts and prayers from here in Big D
my brother's family lives just south of Boston and my mom and I actually heard about it on the news here before he heard about it there.
senseless tragedy

Very scary here (I'm across the river in Cambridge). No one really know's the full picture, or if all the bomb devices have been found. Prayers for everyone who was victimized by this attack in any way.

Really glad you're safe. Amen to the prayers for the victims. Take care of yourself and hugs to you. It must be quite distressing for you to be so close.

Glad to hear from you, Nakamova. I was/am very worried. Stay safe!
