psychogenic seizures vs Epilepsy anyone
Once I got dia. Of pro. PNES vs EP.
I was miffed and accepting of it ,but it nags me to know end
That since then I've have had other dr problems and dia.

That conflict and contrast in many ways I do not understand as I lack extensive medical knowledge and training.

Moving on to , my family really irritate me on this subject
They talk of counseling and mental illness and stress and on other hand
They say it's More then PNES ,stress, mental illness or malingering . Unwilling to record any events what so ever. Which lead to.
observable events which depend on family. Have a few friends but have not told them.

Nothing from friends & family, no Emergency Room visits .no personal choice paper trail.

months i have been having behavioral & emotional Problems
And episodes at night, light sensitivity ect
I saw neuro months ago denied everything due to chart findings and implied malingering /hypochondria for secondary gain. Really.

Same thing after veeg.

Nicotine, caffeine, refined sugar almost everyday

Is there any reason why You can't keep a journal of your episodes? If you are aware of them?
Many people are affected by nicotine, caffeine, sugar. Have you tried modifying your diet?
Sometimes we just have to take things in our own hands and not worry about others.
Good Luck!

I agree with Marika. It is one thing what THEY say about you and it is another thing that you are clearly having a rough ride. Take yourself into your own hands and take good care of yourself using your good sense.Forget them. And keep a journal for future reference even if it does not seem too informative. Step by step sometimes works wonders. The main thing is to take care of yourself.
