....good Country singers.

I've got it real bad lately for listening to things like 'Rascal Flatts', 'Lonestar', and Carrie Underwood.

I'm looking for the ballady type of Country, not the 'My other half left me for the Neighbour's Horse' type :D

Any suggestions ?

Patsy Cline! Voice of an angel, in fact she's with them, died in a plane crash in the 60's Patsy is my all time favorite, I got all her albums.

Check out the old crooners from the 60's and 70's They did some awesome C&W back then.

Pasty Cline is .... in my family tree!
On my ex's side ~ and my son has all of her
records; however the McQuire Sisters are on
my side.

I love Country Music - but there's so many of
them that I could not possibility list all the names
of them all from 50s, 60s, 70s ...

:)

Try listening to Trio. Its a group made up of Dolly Parton, Linda Rondstadt, and ...oh...I forget the other person. Anyway, they do ballad type songs. Quite good actually. :)
