If you are going to post a reference to a study, I encourage you to use the forum's formatting codes to make it easy to read. Any text that you are quoting/copying, please surround with the [quote]quoted/copied text[/quote] tags. If you want to get fancy, you can attribute the quote to the author using the quote tag too:[quote="author and/or publication"]quoted/copied text[/quote]

Also, please do not just post quotes and links to abstracts/studies without any personal commentary of why the information is important to you (or what you found interesting about it).
