A few months ago when I was sleeping or awake during the day or night I'd have a weird feeling in my right leg from my knee to my ankle and sometimes my foot too. I really don't know how to explain what the feeling is, something like numbness and little bit of tingling, but I just can't get my leg comfortable. I move my leg all over the place. I'll bend it, raise it, flip it to it's sides and so many other things but I just can't get it comfortable. It usually lasts about 10 min or more and it usually happens once a day.
A friend told me that he has Restless Leg Syndrome and from what he described it sounds like what I might have too. I read about it on the internet to get some more info and it does sound like Restless Leg Syndrome. I read that it is something that can be common in people with neurological disorders.
Does anyone else have it or have these things happen?
