I wonder if the studies show it works better than VNS? Or just differently.

this is something I'd like to research a bit as I just saw the FDA reading on it this AM. I would only hope there has been validated readings done on this for this type of rating to appear from the FDA approval you know? :ponder:

:ponder: Me too, since I'm due for another VNS replacement.

Something I can suggest is to ask your neurologist about this matter and see if they are aware of anything. From what I am aware of things such as JAMA (Journal of American Medical Assoc) which the majority of MDs will obtain for their reading can have things such as the above. There are specialty items in the neurological world that can have this type of item whether it be within the white pages or within a supplement that comes with.

Many moons ago I was involved with a company that printed these type of things so I have a little bit of knowledge on how they were printed and sent out. Hopefully this might give some ideas on what to ask when visiting your specialist.

my brother in law has the heart version, and works very well......very, would not be here without it, heart attack at 36/7 and bad one......much damage
