Hi All
I wonder how many of you have done this?! Following my brain surgery last June, I have been more or less seizure free, not even an aura, so why then two days ago, did I come out of the shower, stark naked, walk toward my fiance, then suddenly veer off towards the stairs, and begin to run around the house with no clothes on!!?? He was chasing after me shouting, "Elaine, come back and put some clothes on!" I apparantly replied " I will in a minute, leave me alone, in a minute!" All I can say is, thank God he was there, I could have ended up running up the main high street in the village, one way to get to know the neighbours I guess!!
It is pretty scary because I had no warning of it, and no memory of it at all! the things I could have done is pretty scary! I always make a joke of things, it is the only way I can deal with it, but I know I will always look back on it and shudder!
By the way, I passed my National Vocational Qualification in Epilepsy Care & Management, not sure if I told anyone, I am so pleased, now all I have to do is try and educate the great unwashed British public!
Hope everyone is ok?!
