Saliva Celiac Disease test

Seems the best test to take is eliminating the ingredient.
Many of the lab tests are not conclusive. There is a home test that I posted here (not sure what thread), but I think there will be a lot of false negatives.

I took this test about 6 years ago, but I messed up and I forget what I did wrong? But, I have the kit in my cabinet and I'm waiting to take it (woman, there's a certain time to start it due to you cycle). I see a homoepathic guy who I absolutely LOVE because of his extensive knowledge on the whole holistic approach. He comes HIGHLY recommended too and I know people who he has personally helped. He gave me the kit and stated, "This will tell us a tremendous amount about what's going." They call it a Neurotransmitter Test and I know your saliva can tell a lot about you / health. I would absolutely recommend this test simply because I've had 2 doctors who I hold in high esteem give me this test. The 1st one was my primary who is a doctor but also embraces the holistic approach. Fortunately for me they know one another so they're working together in trying to help me with the E. Again, I haven't taken it yet but will be doing so shortly and if I remember correctly it's fairly easy where you have to spit in a tube at certain times of the day. (Ahh, the 1st time I messed up because I waited to long to mail it out - I know SILLY : ) But, again it's easy and I've had 2 doctors have me do this.
