Saw the doctor for first time since my video EEG. Asked me if my seizures were better. I told him maybe once or twice a week. He told me that usually after the video EEG the seizures usually get significantly better. They are a little better just not as frequent as before. I don't go back for 2 months at which time If I hav'nt made progress the the therapist and neuro psychiatrist then he may rethink his diagnosis. So for now I'm still in limbo:paperbag:

Make sure to keep a journal over the next two months, so you can show the docs precisely how often the seizures are occurring.

I do this, but I sort of keep a diary too.

I have a pocket calander and I keep track of things that we do or things that have happened.

For example if we went somewhere - the movies, a concert, a picnic, out to eat, shopping, if something happened that upset me (when we had a pet die or if a family member was put in the hospital), things like that. This way I can see if there was something that could have triggered the seizure.

I write down how long the seizure lasted and what I did during it - shook, talked wierd, blanked out, drooled or what ever.

This helps my neuro out alot so he can understand better what's going on.
