I found this out when I was dx'd with a heart problem and had to get a pacemaker.
I was found to have an irregular heartbeat when I was in the E/R, and I was told if I didn't get a pacemaker I'd have a stroke.

When I got my pacemaker it did start to cut down on my seizures, and I'd have on average 1 a month.

For some unknown reason my pacemaker stopped working for my seizures.

My heart caused a stroke which in turn caused my seizures.

Are you talking about the brain pacemaker (VNS) or a heart pacemaker?
